Celebrating the Easter Rising- CASCA 16

CASCA 16 – is approaching fast with only a few weeks left to get your tickets to celebrate, reflect and commemorate the 1916 Easter Rising. Our cast are rehearsing the lines and singing their hearts out, and laughing quite a lot too.

This is very much a community event, the gathering of young and old to contribute to the story of the Easter Rising and celebrate their Irish culture and heritage!

We are extremely grateful to South and City College Birmingham for all their help and for providing the wonderful venue for the event.

The show starts at 7.30pm on Friday 27th May, if you want to know more about the event or buy a ticket – £10 each, contact Melissa on 0121 604 6111, melissa@birminghamirish.org.uk.

Rehearsals take place every Tuesday at St Anne’s Hall. It’s not too late to be involved!
We still require musicians to play Irish ballads for the production. Be a part of Ireland’s history in Birmingham 2016.
