Film review: Black Sea

Black Sea

Black Sea

This adventure/thriller follows submarine Captain Robinson, who, when laid off by a salvage company takes a job with a shadowy backer to search the depths of the Black Sea for a submarine rumoured to be loaded with gold.

He gathers a team of English and Russian sailors to find the submarine and as they close in on their goal, issues of trust begin to surface.

Who can be trusted and at what cost?

This is an edgy movie for fans of this genre and after all of the Christmas feel-goods, is something to get your teeth into.
