This American 3D motion picture is an adventure/comedy movie based on the novel, Here Be Monsters penned by Alan Snow.

Set in the fictional town of Cheesebridge, a community of Boxtrolls live underground and only surface at night. A young orphaned boy called Eggs (Isaac Hempstead-Wright) is adopted by these underground cave-dwelling trash collectors and to battle to save his friends from an evil exterminator Archibald Snatcher (Ben Kingsley). Can he be brave, strong and finally free?

This movie has a certain feel-good factor along with cute animations and a few life lessons for younger viewers. It is well worth a watch for all of the family.
