Following the overwhelming success of their first franchise in Swansea and sell-out classes in London, Hotpod Yoga is delighted to announce the launch of their Birmingham franchise! With 9 sessions per week starting on 4th January, Hotpod Yoga’s inflatable, heated studios will be popping-up at three locations in the Birmingham area and the classes will be expertly instructed by local resident Siobhan Sheehan who has over 8 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry.

In a world where inactivity stifles the body while the mind battles high stress and anxiety, yoga is the perfect antidote. This is the essence of Hotpod Yoga – an intensive and balanced physical workout, restoring calm and clarity to the mind. But forget your traditional yoga class, Hotpod brings yoga into the modern day with a fun, highly accessible, energetic alternative that is open to everyone from the fitness phobe to the yoga goddess.

Sessions are held inside unique inflatable, pop-up studios which are heated to 38 degrees. Guaranteed to burn-off at least 700 calories per class, these hour-long workouts have been taken from thousands of years of yoga tradition and pared down to some critical, logical and powerful elements; creating a highly accessible, high impact yoga for anyone and everyone – anywhere! It’s the perfect way to get the mind and body into great shape for the New Year.
