Birmingham couple are
“in the pink”


A SOUTH Birmingham couple got the best start they could wish for in their married life in the shape of a free wedding.
The colour scheme that bride Regina Cummins from Galway picked for her wedding to fiancé David Mbaziira on Friday, 7th July was pale pink. And to celebrate the special day - as Nailcote Hall’s 1,000th wedding couple - everything was ‘on the house’ and everyone involved was ‘in the pink’...More

 


Death on the pitch
A 21 YEAR old man named Paul Quinn, has died after a tragic accident. Mr Quinn attempted to head the football but collided with a team member during a pre-season friendly in Co. Meath. It is thought that he headed the other player’s knee. The Young man was knocked unconscious at the scene and later died in Our Lady’s Hospital in Navan.
Potential gridlock
A WARNING has been issued to drivers in Dublin bringing awareness of the road works in Dublin next month when the M50 development reaches town. The disruption will be caused between the N4 roundabout and Ballymount. Two lanes in both directions will be open at all times but the speed limit will be reduced to 60 kilometres per hour. The busy route may become mayhem in rush hour traffic.
Goodbye Carol
CAROL Vorderman is selling her home in Co,Cork. The mansion with stunning coastal views over the Glandore Harbour covers 4,000 square feet and is on the market for €1.8million. Named Bar Na Don – loosely translated as ‘top of the waves’ it has excellent sea views and is fully protected from nature with its storm proof doors and windows. Vorderman is reported to have said she no longer has time to spend in the luxury abode due to her work commitment and the best option is to sell the property.
