The plan will clear the way for a spaghetti-type freeflow junctions and extra lanes on the Capital’s M50 to ease growing gridlock for up to 100,000 motorists every day. However, motorists are expected to be hit by a new toll before accesing the upgraded M50, this is expected to be introduced if, as expected the upgrade fails to stop further traffic congestion on busy artery around the Capital.
