Online travel specialist recruit two new consultants
Solihull online travel specialist Everywhere Travel has appointed two new consultants to help drive its next phase of expansion and development.
The company, based in Trinity Park, has recruited Abbey Higgins and Kieran O’Sullivan, who both bring with them extensive travel industry and experience.
Abbey, aged 21, has worked previously as a passenger service agent at Birmingham Airport for the likes of Flybe, Thomson and Monarch.
Following that she spent a year working with Thomas Cook on Solihull High Street.
Twenty-seven-year-old Kieran O’Sullivan is a graduate in English and education from the University of Birmingham, who swapped teaching for travel when he landed a temporary call centre job for travel giant Tui (from the merger of Thomson and First Choice).
After moving to the firm’s head office he spent three years working as a Transatlantic flight attendant for British Airways.
Everywhere Travel manager Alison Brown said: “We operate a specialist travel consultant system, which means that each customer has their very own personal holiday advisor, so their knowledge is invaluable and Kieran and Abbey already slotted in seamlessly.
“It’s like getting advice and updates from a friend, because all our consultants are very well travelled and love to pass on all the hints and tips and insider knowledge they have picked up over the years – and are adding to on a daily basis.
“It saves valuable time and money and really can make all the difference, as they help you tailor an unforgettable group or personal travel experience that ticks all your boxes and more – and all while staying within budget.”
Everywhere Travel’s growth and development is seeing it increasingly move into the group travel sector – for schools, businesses and sports teams, as well as the general public.
